Strength. We all crave it. We gravitate towards people who have it. It comes in many forms, not just physical strength. We can develop a strength of mind, and the courage to use that strength when necessary.
It’s easy to feel intimidated in a challenging situation. We will teach you how to feel more confident in life and whatever it throws your way. You will learn how to use techniques that may save you in a dangerous situation, help you stand up for yourself if you ever need to, and how to be more aware of potentially dangerous situations. Our classes will also help build your self confidence, which helps you in life in so many ways.
From walking down that “dark alley” on your own, going out and experiencing new adventures in life, to tackling that big presentation at the office; your strength and confidence will help get you to where you WANT to be in life.
It’s time to empower yourself, to give yourself that inner strength you’ve been searching for. We could all use a little more strength in our lives.
About the instructor: Kendall is an NRA certified instructor and has studied numerous forms of self defense such as Krav Maga.
